Master Terms & Conditions

By making any payments (cash or otherwise) towards any tour constitutes your unconditional acceptance of all the terms and conditions stated in this tour brochure.  We strive to improve tour itineraries. If such improvements can be made or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries.

Trump Tours, Inc shall be referred to as TT within this document.

REGISTRATION AND DEPOSITS:   Reservations are required on all tours and are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.  Reservations can easily be made by contacting Trump Tours at (479) 271-9898.  We accept cash or personal checks.  A signed copy of the registration form and a deposit are due within 5 days of making your registration. 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:  Upon cancellation of the transportation or travel services, where you, the customer, are not at fault and have not canceled in violation of the terms and conditions of the contract for transportation or travel services as set forth herein, all sums paid to TT for services not received by you will be refunded by TT less any non-recoverable amounts disbursed to the carrier or other provider of services, less insurance premiums paid on your behalf.

Upon cancellation of participation in the tour by you, the customer, and only after TT receives your cancellation in writing sent via certified mail, TT will then refund your payment of reserves not received by you, minus applicable cancellation fees per person according to the following schedule:

1. If a cancellation policy is stated in the tour description, that cancellation policy prevails over the below named cancellation policies.
2. Motorcoach Tours:  Full refund by cancellation until final payment date for most tours.

             60 Days Prior to Departure 100% Refundable

             45-60 Days Prior to Departure 75% Refundable

             30-45 Days Prior to Departure 50% Refundable

              0-30 Days Prior to Departure 0% Refundable

3.   Air Tours:  

             A)  Minimum cancellation fee is $250 until 91 days before departure. 

             B)  After 90 days before departure, trip is non-refundable.

For this reason we highly recommend travel insurance.

While no changes are anticipated, TT expressly reserves the right to withdraw the tour or any part thereof, or to make such alterations in the itinerary, as it deems necessary or desirable.  TT expressly disclaims any liability for any loss, expense, damage or inconvenience caused as a result of any tour cancellations or changes make to any of its brochures or itineraries.

INSURANCE:  We believe that your upcoming trip is a significant investment that you should protect.  In the event that you decline to purchase travel protection insurance, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements.  We offer comprehensive travel insurance through Travel Guard.  The plan includes insured cost for Trip Cancellation & Interruption, Default, Travel Delay up to $500, Baggage & Travel Documents up to $1,500, Baggage Delay up to $50, Medical Expense up to $10,000, Emergency Medical Transportation up to $20,000.  Pre-existing conditions included if insurance is paid with deposit.  You must be able to travel at time of registration.  Please call for full policy details.

HEALTH:  The registrant takes full responsibility for being fully able to participate in the daily activities of the group as described in the itinerary.  TT assumes no responsibility for the registrant’s ability to fully participate in the tour.

AIR TRANSPORTATION:  Round-trip Economy Class. All airfare tickets, unless specifically stated otherwise, are non-refundable.  Any cancellation, itinerary changes, or failure to use confirmed space would be subject to penalties and / or fees levied by the airline at the time of ticketing. Airfare, airline carrier, and airline schedules are subject to change without notice. Passengers arranging their own airline transportation are responsible for meeting the group at the first hotel of the group’s itinerary. TT is not responsible for itinerary changes necessitated by changes in the airline’s schedule. Any airline fuel surcharges are the responsibility of the passenger. Airfares and air taxes are subject to change until final ticketing.

AIRLINE SEATING, FREQUENT FLYER & MEAL REQUESTS:  Seating is group seating and TT will do our best to accommodate any individual seating requests.  Your documents will arrive with seating assignments.  We kindly direct you to the airline if you wish to change these assignments.  Frequent flier information can be provided to the agent upon check-in.  Special meal requests should be made directly with the airline by the tour registrant, usually two weeks prior to departure.

BAGGAGE:  Porterage is included on all trips with 2 or more overnights unless expressly stated.  We strongly suggest that you bring only one piece of checked luggage and one carry-on.  Porterage for only one suitcase is included.  Any additional suitcases will incur a charge of $50 per piece.

ACCOMMODATIONS AND MEALS:  Based on double / twin accommodations with private facilities (limited number of single rooms available, subject to availability and additional costs).  Breakfast is served at the hotel.  Lunch or dinners are served in handpicked venues or at the hotel and are usually set menus.  Dietary needs should be brought to the attention of TT before departure.

SIGHTSEEING:  By private motor coach unless otherwise specified.  Please see respective itinerary detail for included admissions and activities.

PRICES: All prices are based on current gas prices applicable at the time of printing and based on minimum number of paying passengers and are therefore subject to change if gas prices change or if group does not reach minimum. The prices in the catalog reflect an early booking discount of $100 per person. The EBD applies if you sign up for a trip 60 days before departure and pay your deposit of $100.

NOT INCLUDED:  Meals not mentioned, beverages with meals, extras beyond standard menu, excess baggage, telephone calls, fuel surcharges, laundry or any other items not explicitly stated as included. Tips for driver & guides are not included.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: TT hereby expressly disclaims any liability for any personal injury, property damage, loss of baggage, accident, delay or irregularity, any claim for special or consequential damages or any other loss which may be the occasioned by the acts and/or omissions, whether negligent, intentional, wrongful or otherwise, of any air carrier, hotel/motel or other lodging operator, railroad operator, bus operator, public transportation, sea carrier, local sightseeing company, tour operator, tour leader, any employees thereof, or any other entity or individual not under the direct supervision and control of TT when engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection therewith.  TT likewise expressly disclaims any responsibility for losses or expenses incurred, or inconvenience caused, due to delay or changes in schedules, defaults, over booking of hotels or airlines, sickness, weather, strikes, quarantines, acts of terrorism, constructions, war, force majeure or other such events which are beyond TT’s control.  TT likewise hereby expressly disclaims any liability for statements, actions or inactions of any intermediary agents such as group administrators, tour leaders, travel agents or any other intermediary involved with the selling, promotion or operation of its tours.  Group administrators and tour leaders likewise hereby expressly disclaim any liability for the acts and/or omissions of any of the above entities and/or individuals not directly under their supervision or control.  Please be advised that the liability of carriers as well as providers of hotel and lodging accommodations is limited by law and you may thus wish to consider purchasing additional insurance to protect yourself against any losses or injuries suffered as a result of their acts and/or omissions.  In all instances, TT’s liability shall be limited to the amounts paid by you for participation in the tour, and subject to the provisions and cancellation fees as set forth in the Master Terms and Conditions.
