Nov 30 - Tue: Waco
Depart Northwest Arkansas
heading southwards to warm and sunny Texas.
Lunch along the way and plenty of time for
socializing and games.
Overnight Waco.
Dec 1 - Wed:
Johnson City, Fredericksburg
Travel to Texas Hill Country.
In Johnson City, visit the LBJ National Park,
former home of Lyndon Baines Johnson, our 36th
President. See
the first schoolhouse LBJ attended and a portion of
his beloved ranch, famous for its prized Hereford
Cattle. Continue
to Fredericksburg.
German-style lunch included.
Visit the renowned Admiral Nimitz Museum,
dedicated to the 2 million men and women who served
under Nimitz in the Pacific during World War II.
Exhibits chronicle the Admiral's life and
career in the U.S. Navy.
Continue to San Antonio and check into the
beautiful Drury Plaza hotel right on the River Walk where
you can unpack your bags for 2 nights.

Dec 2 - Thu: San Antonio, Mission
Trail
Breakfast at hotel.
Join our local guide for a tour by bus
including Mission Trail and San Fernando Cathedral.
Continue to the SAS (San Antonio Shoes) Factory
Outlet. Free
afternoon for relaxation, shopping or sightseeing.
The millions of dazzling lights for the Fiesta
de las Luminarias will be mesmerizing as we finish the
day with a wonderful cruise (included) down the San Antonio River.

Dec 3 - Fri: Chuckwagon Christmas
Show, New Braunfels
Free morning San Antonio to relax or shop.
After lunch we head to San Marcos to visit one
of the biggest premium outlet malls in the US. Over
240 brand name manufactures in one place. Time for
Christmas shopping.
In the evening we have
an authentic chuck wagon meal with
all the fixin's. After
dinner, experience a high
energy, one hour western/cowboy music show complete
with yodeling, comedy and the best pickin' around.
Continue to Austin wit late arrival. Continue to
Austin the capitol of the great state of Texas. Late
arrival. Overnight Austin. (B, Dinner)
Dec 4 - Sat: Austin,
Dallas
Tour the wonderful capital of
Texas with a local guide where we’ll visit the Bob
Bulldock State History Museum. Depart after lunch.
Travel to Dallas.
Drive through the Christmas light displays.
Light dinner at the hotel.
Overnight Dallas. (B, Light Dinner at hotel)

Home
Return home today with
memories of San Antonio and the great state of Texas.
Time to reminisce with your friends about the
experiences you’ve had, the grand sights you’ve
